Brandon Sciuto

Brandon Sciuto is a Florida-licensed real estate broker and lead-generation strategist who focuses on helping buyers, sellers, and agents navigate today's fast-moving real estate landscape through smarter visibility and stronger connections.

Raised in Towson, Maryland just outside Baltimore, Brandon attended Towson High School before continuing his education at Essex Community College and Towson University. During that time he was also active in the Baltimore music scene as lead singer for two popular bands, Saving Grace and Crushing Day.

In 1998 Brandon moved to Naples, Florida where he performed throughout Southwest Florida before briefly relocating to San Diego and Los Angeles to pursue music. He returned to Naples in 2003 where he met his wife Donna. The couple married in 2004 and later welcomed their two sons, Koda and Sauter, now known as the rising country duo The Bandana Brothers.

Brandon began his real estate career with Naples Realty Services, Inc., quickly rising to top producer and Vice President by 2008. During the challenging market years surrounding the Great Recession he built and led a high-performance real estate team handling traditional listings, short sales, commercial transactions, and complex negotiations.

In 2017 Brandon joined Carrington Real Estate Services as Tampa AVP and Office Leader where he oversaw two offices and supported more than 100 agents. He later joined the leadership team at Century 21 Affiliated in Tampa.

Today Brandon lives in Bowling Green, Kentucky within the Nashville metropolitan corridor where he focuses on helping Florida buyers and sellers, connecting relocating clients with top agents across Tennessee and Kentucky, and developing modern visibility and lead-generation systems through his AVE (Agent Visibility Engine) and LiveVyu initiatives.
